Nikhaar helps train grassroots NGOs on brand-building, communications, and fundraising. The programme also helps NGOs develop media collaterals and provide training and grants for resources.

Partners get digital and social media presence, brand collaterals (including logos), and a ready set of marketing material like brochures, banners, etc. We also support our partners in appointing a trained fundraising manager. We train their team on content creation, marketing strategy, organising campaigns, etc. This helps partners hit the ground running with marketing and fundraising.

The training on fundraising spread over a 9-month period provides a good synergy between the theoretical aspects of fundraising and implementing learnings on the ground through rigorous handholding and guidance. It helps team members gradually navigate important concepts and eventually grasp all the critical aspects of fundraising.

The programme, spread over 7 to 8 phases each lasting over 2 to 3 days, has inbuilt assignments after each session to help the participants learn more effectively. Along with mock presentations, mentoring, and help with research, identifying funding opportunities, and approaching donors makes this one of the most intense fundraising training programme in India.
