Building and scaling organisations has been a defining aspect of Krishna Kumar’s professional journey. His experience spans sales, operations, client relations, and management consulting, with much of his career dedicated to helping early-stage startups establish and expand their operations. He has played a key role in setting up new centres and engagements for organisations including UBICS, Page Point Motorola, and GECIS/Genpact across multiple geographies. His expertise includes operational scaling, process improvement, and working with diverse teams to deliver sustainable business growth. At Dhwani Foundation, Krishna serves as the Honorary Secretary and Trustee, bringing his operational insight and management experience to support the organisation’s governance and long-term development. He is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur.
