Introduction

DrishtE is Dhwani Foundation’s digital learning platform created to make organisational development learning more accessible, scalable, and flexible for grassroots NGOs. Built from years of field-based OCM experience, the platform helps NGO leaders and practitioners improve governance, compliance, finance, systems, fundraising, and day-to-day organisational practices through structured online learning. DrishtE has 2 levels of learning modules: Awareness and Deep-dive learning journeys to support NGOs at different stages of institutional growth. With an all-important self-assessment module built into the Tech to monitor progress.
