Entrepreneurship, technology, and institution building have shaped Rajiv Kuchhal’s professional journey for over three decades. As the Co-founder of Dhwani Foundation, he draws on extensive leadership experience across the IT, BPO, and ITeS sectors to strengthen the organisation’s long-term vision and growth. His career includes a long stint at Infosys, serving as Chief Operating Officer at OnMobile Global Limited, and co-founding Progeon Limited. Beyond his corporate leadership, Rajiv is actively involved in India’s startup ecosystem as an angel investor, mentor, and advisor. He has served as a Venture Advisor at TVS Capital Funds, a Non-Executive Independent Director at Expleo Solutions, a General Partner at Exfinity Fund, and a mentor with the IIMB NSRCEL Social Incubation Program. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Delhi.
