For more than two decades, Dimgong Rongmei has worked across some of the most complex development challenges facing communities and institutions. As a development professional, his areas of work include livelihoods, climate change, land rights, peacebuilding, education, and organisational development. He currently serves as Executive Director of Realm of Nature Based Actions (RNBA), where he leads initiatives focused on sustainable development and strengthening community resilience across Northeast India. His experience also spans grassroots development, institutional strengthening, and community-led approaches, giving him a broad perspective on building inclusive and sustainable solutions. At Dhwani Foundation, Dimgong serves on the Advisory Board, bringing this experience in community development and organisational strengthening.
