With over two years of experience in accounting and financial operations, Hemalatha I has developed expertise in accounts payable and receivable, GST and TDS compliance, financial reconciliation, and MIS reporting. Before joining Dhwani Foundation, she worked with Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Pvt Ltd, where her responsibilities included bank reconciliation, financial reporting, audit compliance, and transaction processes. At Dhwani Foundation, Hemalatha serves as Executive – Finance & Admin with the Tamil Nadu Team. She holds a B.Com in Corporate Secretaryship from Sir Theagaraya College, Chennai, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance from the University of Madras.
