Himanshu Singh brings more than 20 years of experience across program management, education, child protection, health, nutrition, and community development. He joins Dhwani Foundation as Regional Manager – Donor Engagement & Resource Mobilisation for the Odisha Team. His experience includes stakeholder engagement, partnership building, resource mobilisation, and leading large-scale development initiatives. Before joining Dhwani, Himanshu worked with C3 India and ChildFund India, where he managed strategic partnerships and led community development programs across Odisha and other states. He holds an M.Phil. and M.A. in Anthropology from Utkal University, Odisha, and is UGC-NET qualified. At Dhwani, his role focuses on strengthening collaborations and mobilising resources within the development sector.
