Jayanth’s career in social work spans more than 15 years, with experience in community development and empowerment. As State Head – Tamil Nadu at Dhwani Foundation, he brings expertise in CSR initiatives, child rights protection, community participation, and capacity building. He has led more than 800 training and capacity-building programs during his professional journey. Jayanth also played a key role in a Government of Tamil Nadu initiative on resettlement and rehabilitation, supporting the relocation of more than 20,000 urban poor families. His experience reflects a sustained focus on community development and empowerment. Jayanth holds a Master of Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work.
