Ranjita Jena has spent over 14 years working across the social sector with national and international NGOs, building expertise in monitoring, evaluation, and documentation. Her professional experience has largely focused on education and health, with additional work in skill development and strengthening self-help groups. Her career has taken her across several locations, including Lucknow, Gurgaon, Delhi, Bhubaneswar, and parts of Madhya Pradesh, giving her experience across diverse development contexts. At Dhwani Foundation, Ranjita serves as Manager – Program Implementation, drawing on her experience in program monitoring and development work. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from NISWASS, Bhubaneswar, and a Bachelor’s in Education from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
