Ravi Shanker’s work in the development sector spans more than 10 years, with experience across child protection, health, and rural development. His professional focus includes program execution, capacity building, MIS, and community engagement, giving him experience across both program and field-level functions. He has led initiatives across Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and Jharkhand, working with both government and civil society partners. At Dhwani Foundation, Ravi serves as Manager – Program Implementation for the Jharkhand office, where he brings this experience to program implementation and community-focused work. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Patna University.
