Suganya V has built her professional experience around child protection, education, training, and program management, with over 12 years in these areas. Her expertise includes program implementation, stakeholder engagement, donor coordination, monitoring and reporting, and team leadership. Throughout her career, Suganya has worked with NGOs, government stakeholders, and donor agencies, with experience in training initiatives, mentoring teams, and collaborative efforts. At Dhwani Foundation, she serves as Manager – Program Implementation for the Tamil Nadu Team. She holds an Integrated Master’s in Social Work from the Madras School of Social Work, Chennai, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Management.
