Suresha’s professional journey spans more than 13 years in social development, with experience across program implementation, learning and development, and partnership building. His work has taken him across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, giving him experience in different development contexts. Before joining Dhwani Foundation, he served as Learning and Development Manager at Buzz Women. He has also been associated with GRAAM, CHILDLINE India, Step Up for India, and SAARF. At Dhwani Foundation, Suresha serves as Manager – Second Line Program Implementation for the Second Line Leadership Team. He holds a Master’s in Social Work with a specialisation in Community Development from Roshni Nilaya, affiliated with Mangalore University.
