Adil Katrak has built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades across strategy, operations, human resources, customer experience, and organisational transformation. Throughout his professional journey, he has held senior leadership roles at organisations including Wells Fargo and Dell, leading large-scale business transformation initiatives and managing global teams. His experience across business strategy and organisational leadership has equipped him with a deep understanding of governance, operational excellence, and people development. At Dhwani Foundation, Adil serves on the Advisory Board, contributing his strategic perspective and leadership experience to support the organisation’s long-term vision. He holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
