Anjana Guru serves as Manager – Program Implementation for Odisha at Dhwani Foundation, drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the social sector. Her expertise spans program implementation, partnership management, MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning), and capacity building. She has worked extensively on climate-resilient disaster risk reduction (DRR) and livelihoods, engaging with government departments, INGOs, CSOs, and community institutions to drive sustainable outcomes. Her experience also includes multi-stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and strengthening partner organisations. Anjana holds a Master’s in Social Work from Utkal University of Culture.
