Ayyappan has more than 15 years of experience in the social sector. His professional journey spans organisations such as Inclen Trust International, Bosco, Child Line, Buzz India Trust and Abhivrudhi Society. He specialises in social welfare programs and community empowerment, with experience in designing, implementing and managing programs. At Dhwani Foundation, he works as Manager – Federation Enablement. Ayyappan holds a master’s degree in Social Work from Roshini Nilaya School of Social Work, Mangalore.
