Dhanashree brings together experience in data management and analytics, having worked across the healthcare research and technology sectors before joining Dhwani Foundation. Her professional journey includes working as a Data Entry Operator at the Regional Medical Research Centre and later as a Data Analyst within the Talent Acquisition team at Mindtree Limited. These roles helped her develop a strong foundation in data handling, analysis, and process support. At Dhwani Foundation, she serves as Asst. Manager – MIS & Technology, contributing to the organisation’s work through her analytical skills and attention to detail. Dhanashree holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from KLECET, Belagavi.
