Kempanna Shegunasi has more than 15 years of experience in the development sector, with expertise in designing, delivering, and scaling training programs. His professional experience also includes program and team management, monitoring and evaluation, learning and development, and teaching. Before joining Dhwani Foundation, he worked with organisations including CBD RSETI, DOI Foundation, Buzz India Trust, NavSahyog Foundation, and Navya Disha Trust. At Dhwani Foundation, Kempanna serves as Trainer for the Karnataka team. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Mangalore University.
