Working across development and humanitarian programs for more than two decades has given Mihir Mohanty extensive experience in supporting communities through diverse social interventions. Over the course of his career, he has worked across areas including inclusive education, child protection, disaster risk reduction, water and sanitation, livelihoods, food security, and urban poverty. His professional journey includes organisations such as ActionAid International, Save the Children UK, UN World Food Program (UNWFP), Aide-et-Action, BvLF-Netherlands, and PACS-DFID. At Dhwani Foundation, Mihir leads initiatives across the East and North-East regions, drawing on his program management experience to strengthen grassroots organisations and expand their impact. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
