MJ Aravind brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across multinational corporations, entrepreneurship, venture capital, and the social sector. His career includes leadership roles at Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), and Xerox, where he worked across supply chain, sales and marketing, customer service, and field operations. He later co-founded Daksh eServices, one of India’s earliest independent BPO companies, before helping establish the India operations of Artiman Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm. Over the past decade, Aravind has focused extensively on the social sector through executive and advisory roles. He has served on the Board of The Association of People with Disability (APD) and continues to advise the Disability NGO Alliance, Bengaluru. At Dhwani Foundation, he provides strategic direction and supports the organisation’s efforts to strengthen grassroots nonprofits across the country.
