Rachana Renukumar has built her professional experience across both the corporate and social sectors, with over ten years of work spanning diverse functions. Her experience includes impact assessment, operations, project coordination, human resource management, and volunteer engagement, giving her exposure to different aspects of organisational and program work. This varied experience has shaped a broad understanding of how people, processes, and programs come together within an organisation. At Dhwani Foundation, Rachana serves as Manager – Donor Engagement, bringing this multidisciplinary experience to her role. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work.
