Organisational development and institutional change have been central to Sonali Srivastava’s work across the corporate, government, and social sectors. A seasoned development and management professional, she has built her career around designing and leading change management interventions that help organisations function more effectively. In 2015, she founded Anode Governance Lab, where she serves as CEO and works to advance organisational development and management principles within public institutions. Her wider engagement with the social sector includes serving as a Director on the Board of Trickle Up India, a Governing Council member of India Panchayat Foundation, and a contributor to the TIDE General Body. At Dhwani Foundation, Sonali serves on the Advisory Board, bringing her experience in organisational development and institutional strengthening to the organisation. She is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur and SOAS, University of London.
