Four decades of experience across the public, private, and non-profit sectors have given Vijay Kulkarni a wide-ranging perspective on development and institution building. His professional experience spans banking, entrepreneurship development, microfinance, NGO incubation, education, livelihoods, research, and consulting. He has worked with organisations and institutions including Grameen Bank, Canara Bank, BASIX, Akshara Foundation, Azim Premji Foundation, Vrutti, Catalyst Management Services, and Vardaan Advisors. Vijay has also headed the UPDESHAK program at Dhwani Foundation. He currently serves as Sr. Consultant – VOICE (Federations Enablement), bringing together his experience across multiple sectors and institutions. He is a postgraduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, and has completed the Management Education Program from IIM Ahmedabad and a PG Diploma in Gandhian Studies.
