Technology has been at the centre of Vinaya Mallya’s professional journey, from building technical expertise in the IT industry to helping nonprofits adopt digital solutions that strengthen their work. She spent a decade at Infosys, where she gained experience in technology, management, and customer relationship management, before founding a design services company focused on training and multimedia solutions. At Dhwani Foundation, Vinaya works closely with NGOs to understand their technology needs and supports the adoption of platforms that improve organisational processes. She also leads the customisation and implementation of the Goonjan MIS platform while managing its product roadmap to ensure it continues to address the evolving needs of grassroots organisations. In recognition of her entrepreneurial journey, she was selected for the Goldman Sachs–ISB ‘10,000 Women Entrepreneurs Management Program’ in 2011.
