Wungmaya Lunghar brings more than 20 years of experience in the development sector, with a career that has included roles in MIS, program management, program quality and design, and monitoring and evaluation. He began his professional journey after being selected through campus recruitment by Pradan from NIT Durgapur. He later joined World Vision India, where his responsibilities included MIS, program management, program quality and design, and monitoring and evaluation. Prior to joining Dhwani Foundation, he worked with Aide et Action India as Manager – M&E for two years. At Dhwani Foundation, Wungmaya serves as State Head for the Northeast Region.
