Creative Content writer- (Full time)

Position: Creative Content writer- (Full time)

Purpose of the Job:
We are seeking a creative, experienced, and organized content writer who can utilize the power of the word and creativity to drive the mission of Dhwani foundation to varied audiences. You will have to keep up with the trends and create content that translates Dhwani’s core identity into the right call to action.


Experience
: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creative writing. Exposure to social sector will be a huge advantage.

Assistant Manager- Technical Support Unit (Help Desk)

Position: Assistant Manager- Technical Support Unit (Help Desk)

Purpose of the Job:
To Guide, Monitor, and Support NGO partners enrolled in the OD programme. The primary support will be to ensure all knowledge gained by the NGO partners in the training sessions is implemented within the agreed timelines to ensure successful programme delivery.


Experience
: Minimum 5 years of experience working with NGOs. Exposure to roles in training, coaching, and mentoring will be added advantage.

Master Trainer

Position: Master Trainer

Purpose of the Job:
Facilitating training and workshops for NGO Founders/Leaders, Board members and team members in any two of the following areas of Organizational Development – Compliance, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource, Governance, Program Planning and Management, MIS, Marketing & Fundraising and Leadership and Strategy.

Experience : At least 8-10 years in the social sector particularly with non-profit organizations handling responsibilities of designing, content development and delivering training and workshops. Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience with a program implementing NGO.

Head of Partnership Management

Position: Head of Partnership Management

Purpose of the Job: To contribute to the smooth running of Niranthara Sahayak programme by effective relationship management with partner NGO leaders and managing all vendors for impactful service delivery.

Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in partner relationships, quality control.

Head, Training and Helpdesk

Position: Head, Training and Helpdesk

Purpose of the Job:
Facilitating and leading training department for NGO personnel such as
Founders/Leaders, Board members in 8 areas of Organizational Development –
Compliance, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource, Governance, Program Planning and Management, MIS, Marketing & Fundraising and Leadership and Strategy.

Experience: Atleast 15 years of work experience in the training space handling responsibilities of designing, developing content and delivering training/workshops and Program Management towards improving training unit effectiveness.
Sound knowledge of Training methodologies, techniques and organization management. Social Sector background will be an advantage.

Master Trainer- Odisha

Position: Master Trainer for Odisha

Purpose of the Job:
Enhance Knowledge, skill sets and understanding among NGO Founders/Leaders, Board members and team members on Organizational Development such as Compliance, Finance, Accounts, Human Resource, Governance, Program Planning etc. through trainings/workshops, coaching and leadership engagement.

Experience: At least 8-10 years work experience in handling responsibilities of training design, content development and delivering trainings. Exposure in working with senior leadership teams.

Helpdesk Manager - Odisha Region

Position: Helpdesk Manager- Odisha Region

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure all the knowledge gained by the NGO partners in the training sessions are
implemented within the agreed timelines for the successful completion of the
programme through guidance, monitoring, and field support to all NGO partners
enrolled in Niranthara – OD programme

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with NGOs or relevant sectors. Exposure to coaching, mentoring and relationship building will be added advantage..

Partner Engagement Associate – Goonjan

Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative Partner Engagement Associate to manage our ongoing relationship with the growing base of our NGO partners.

Senior Associate – Technology Solutions

Position: Senior Associate – Technology Solutions

Purpose of the Job:
The Senior Associate role is tasked with providing his/her technical and professional expertise for the Technology Solutions Program. The prime focus areas will be Requirement Analysis, Testing, Implementation & Support of our software products for the NGOs. A general understanding of technology and software development is expected.

Experience: At least 6 years of working experience in using and implementing cloud-based software.

Junior Associate – Technology Solutions

Position: Junior Associate – Technology Solutions

Purpose of the Job:
The Junior Associate role is tasked with providing his/her technical and professional expertise for the Technology Solutions Program. The prime focus areas will be Requirement Analysis, Testing, Implementation & Support of our software products for the NGOs. A general understanding of technology and software development is expected.

Senior Manager - Government Interface

Position: Senior Manager – Government Interface Initiative

Government Interface Initiative:
Goal of this program is to build a successful partnership with key Government
department for looking at opportunities towards DF collaborations that would enhance better support system to social sector/NGOs and work with government departments regarding social sector policy matters

Location: Based in Bengaluru, Might include occasional travels

Senior Fundraising Manager

Position: Senior Fundraising Manager

Purpose of the Job:

  1. Understand the purpose of our NGO’s existence, and in-depth knowledge of our overall goals, objectives, values, policies, and programmes.
  2. Evangelize OD and small, medium & rural NGOs.
  3. Raise funds for DF programs and for DF’s partners.
  4. Market and enroll clients into DF’s Donor engagement programme.

Experience: At least 5 to 8 years in Donor-facing roles for Organizational Development. Experience in Fundraising for NGOs will be an added advantage.

Program Head - Updeshak Programme

Position: Program Head – Updeshak Programme

Purpose of the Job:

  1. Enable existing NGO board members of Dhwani partners to increase their
    understanding on governance and promote best governance practices in their
    respective organizations.
  2. Enroll external people who are interested to serve on NGO boards, build their
    capacities and support them to join NGO boards to promote independent board members in NGOs.

Experience: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in working with senior management teams in recruitments or marketing and experience working with multiple stakeholders. Exposure to NGO sector or Experience in training will be an added advantage.

Manager– Human Resource

Position: Manager– Human Resource

Experience:
10 years of work experience in dealing with recruitment, understanding of onboarding procedures, knowledge of performance appraisal systems, implementing training and development programmes. Social Sector background will be an advantage
