Position: Training Head – Bengaluru
Location:Based in Bangalore with travel to partner states and regions. Requires flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work with diverse partners and stakeholders.
Purpose of the Job:
The Central Training Head will own the design, delivery, and quality assurance of Dhwani Foundation’s Niranthara training programs across states and regions. This is a leadership-level position responsible for conceptualising new Niranthara programs, developing and standardising training content, mentoring and managing state trainers, and ensuring high-quality, impactful delivery of training interventions. The role demands a proactive approach to innovation, sectoral alignment, and a deep sense of ownership to ensure Dhwani’s training programs remain sector-leading in both design and execution.
Position: Regional Manager (North & East), Alumni Programs (SANGAM & Sahayog), full time – in Office
Location: Based in Bhubaneswar with frequent travels to NGO partner locations.
Purpose of the Job: We are looking for a dynamic professional to build and strengthen a vibrant alumni community of Niranthara Program graduated NGOs. The role focuses on driving engagement, fostering ownership, enabling peer learning, and ensuring effective implementation of alumni initiatives and the Sahayog Staff Welfare Fund.
Position:Manager – Program Implementation – Jharkhand
Location:Based in Ranchi with travels across NGO partner locations in Jharkhand
Purpose of the Job:To ensure all the knowledge gained by the NGO partners in the training sessions are implemented within the agreed timelines for the successful completion of the Program through guidance, monitoring, and field support to all NGO partners enrolled in the Organisational Change Management (OCM) Programs in the state.
Position:State Trainer – Jharkhand
Location:Based in Ranchi with travels across NGO partner locations in Jharkhand
Purpose of the Job:Lead the design, delivery, and quality assurance of Dhwani’s Organisational Change Management (OCM) training programs in the state. The State Trainer shall have the responsibility of delivering the training content and ensuring high-quality implementation of training interventions in line with program goals.
Position:Program Head – MIS and Technology (Full time)
Location:Based in Bengaluru
Purpose of the Job: is tasked with providing his/her technical and professional expertise for the MIS & Tech Program. The prime focus areas will be Requirement Analysis, Testing, Implementation & Support of our software products for the NGOs. A general understanding of technology and software development is expected.

Position: Assistant Manager – Communications

Purpose of the Job:
Is responsible for day-to-day execution of communications across Dhwani Foundation’s programs, and facilitating delivery of marketing collaterals of Partner NGOs. The role focuses on coordination, vendor management, quality control, and timely delivery of communication outputs. The role works closely with program teams, and external vendors to translate requirements into clear, well-designed materials. A significant part of the role involves handholding program teams and service providers through the development of partner collaterals, while also supporting Dhwani’s internal communication and digital needs.

To oversee and manage logistical support with financial oversight, encompassing coordination, management, and reporting for both operational and financial aspects of the Niranthara Programme in Karnataka.

Purpose of the Job:
To ensure the Finance & Admin department is equipped with the right systems, tools and processes, and a trained team to support Dhwani Foundation meet its strategic objectives. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day financial planning & accounting, compliance, administration management & governance documentation of the organisation, working collaboratively to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures as well as donor/government regulations.

Location: Bengaluru (includes travel to our Federation locations)
Purpose of the Job:
Dhwani Foundation is planning to launch a Digital Platform for NGO Federations. This platform will be open to Federations across India. It aims to serve multiple purposes, including:
1.Creating a database of Federations in India
2.Providing access to a resource bank
3.Offering online training
4.Facilitating discussions on policy advocacy
5.Enabling donor engagement
6.Supporting research on nonprofit sector issues
7.Documenting and sharing best practices
Dhwani Foundation is seeking a Manager to lead this initiative. The selected candidate will report to the Program Head.
Position: Program Head – Second line leadership
Location: Based in Bengaluru, with frequent travels to partner locations.
Purpose of the Job: To build second line leadership in the social sector. An initiative towards creating cadres of competent second line leaders for NGOs who will become successors of the founders who have a desire to transit their leadership posts.
