To oversee and manage the successful execution of NGO partnerships, team coordination, adherence to timelines, high-quality programme delivery, active engagements and effective resolution of challenges to achieve Niranthara programme objectives in AP & Telangana.

Position: Manager- Updeshak Programme- Bengaluru

Purpose of the Job:

• Enable existing NGO board members of Dhwani partners to increase their understanding on governance and promote best governance practices in their respective organizations.
• Enroll external professionals who are interested to serve on NGO boards, build their capacities and support them to join NGO boards as independent board members.

• Raise funds for programs of Dhwani Foundation (DF) and its NGO partners.
• Market Dhwani Foundations program with Donors for partnerships & alliance.
• Train Fund and Hand hold Fund Raising Managers (FRM) of partner NGOs.

Position: Social Media Manager – Bengaluru

Purpose of the Job:

• Own and implement the social media strategy of Dhwani Foundation across various digital platforms to create Brand awareness and increase engagements with the relevant audience. Improve efficiency from the insights drawn from the content performance.

Position: Helpdesk Manager- Tamilnadu

Purpose of the Job:

• To ensure all the knowledge gained by the NGO partners in the training sessions are implemented within the agreed timelines for the successful completion of the programme through guidance, monitoring, and field support to all NGO partners enrolled in Niranthara – OD programme

• Facilitating training and workshops for NGO Founders/Leaders, Board members and team members in the areas of Organizational Development – Compliance, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource, Governance, Program Planning and Management, MIS, Marketing & Fundraising and Leadership and Strategy.
