Our country needs a significant level of community services and engagement to ensure that marginalized communities overcome their social, economic and educational challenges. The NGO sector always played a significant role in uplifting marginalized communities and improving their quality of life. Currently the Indian social sector is at a crossroads due to several changes that are taking place in the external environment. Most of the grassroots organizations are struggling to cope up with increasing scrutiny and compliance requirements due to lack of knowledge and timely support.
Good news is that the social sector has a growing human, financial and technical resources than ever before. But to access these resources, NGOs need to adapt to new systems and processes. Niranthara Sahayak is an exclusive program built on Dhwani Foundation’s extensive practical engagement with over 600 NGOs in different parts of India over the last five years to build NGO organizational capacities to face the emerging challenges.
