Agreement and terms:
We are a registered trust/society are desirous of enhancing our capabilities to adopt good practices for running an NGO.
We understand that the Niranthara DrishtE program offered by Dhwani Foundation has been based on validated research and the Niranthara program that has already benefited many NGOs and we would also like to benefit from the same.
Considering that Dhwani Foundation has made significant investments in creating this curriculum and is desirous of spreading this knowledge to deserving NGOs, we herewith agree to the following conditions and give our consent to be part of the Niranthara DrishtE program of Dhwani Foundation (DF)
- We have understood the spirit and background of Niranthara DrishtE and we agree to participate in this programme
- We assure you, that we will follow all the rules, process and instructions that will be provided from time to time by DF
- We will nominate a person who will be responsible and point of contact in completing the agreed tasks and the complete course in stipulated time
We agree to be available if there are any discussions and meetings requiring our organization leader’s time and consent
- We assure to Dhwani Foundation, that we will not breach set rules and will not misuse, or misinterpret any of course materials/documents provided by DF
- We agree to keep Dhwani Foundation absolved and indemnified from and against any claims, penalties, damages, fines, liabilities,regulatory or other actions relating to any failure by us in complying with applicable laws or from the activities of our organization.
Privacy Policy
Dhwani Foundation (Foundation) takes your privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with the Foundation as highly confidential. In addition, the Foundation does not share e-mail addresses or phone numbers of any of our partner NGOs or constituents, without prior consent.

- We may request personal information online, such as name, address, phone number, email address and other NGO related data such as registration details ONLY for the purposes of participating in the Niranthara DrishtE program
- We will not release or use this information for any other purpose unless we have your consent.
- We do not trade or sell your personal information with other organisations.
How we use that information
The information you provide may be used for some or any of the following:
- Screening for eligibility to participate in the Niranthara DrishtE program
- Sharing updates on the program and related activities
- Maintaining our internal MIS records
- Reporting to applicable government agencies as required by law
