Niranthara Sahayak Programme launch

18 grassroots NGOs have enrolled as the first cohort of the Hybrid organizational change management programme. The cohort started from July 2022.

The 12 month intervention is designed to bring in systematic change while upgrading processes and systems for NGO management while providing ongoing access to shared services through professional service providers.

Mr Sriram Ananthanarayanan of United Way Bengaluru, while inaugurating the programme said that it was heartening to see how the NGO family is coming together in synergy to learn and build on each other’s strengths.

Mr Chetan Khosla of Asteya Services and Mr Guru Prasad M from Guru & Jana joined the occasion and shared about the rising expectations from the grassroots organizations how can we grow as exceptional NGOs.
