Niranthara Sikshak- Assam

Graduation ceremony of Niranthara Sikshak NGO partners at SIRD, Guwahati.
14 NGO partners completed the Niranthara capacity building programme through our Sikshak partner, NE RCRC.

Through Sikshak programme, Dhwani partners with Resource organizations and NGO networks in a train the trainer model, where in the resources and learnings of Niranthara can be transferred to the Sikshak partner. The Niranthara capacity building programme is then delivered by the Sikshak partner.
